Here is what you need to know about me:
I am a certified fitness professional and licensed bodywork practitioner with over 10 years of experience. In that timeframe, I have worked with young athletes, couch potatoes, weekend warriors, older adults as well as palliative care patients. I have dealt with a lot of conditions over the years and have been learning how I can be a part of the equation for improving your movements and overall health. The bridge between my two professions is essentially Muscle Therapy and Stretch Therapy. By understanding the tone of your muscles, and your unique fascial patterns it is very likely you can improve your movement patterns, posture, and overall health. If you do the same stretches and foam rolling over and over and with no or temporary improvement then it is time to find something more reliable that works for you.
Who would benefit the most?
People with chronic pain.
Lifters that have glitchy/limited movements.
Competitors that want to create more striation in the muscles.
Headache sufferers
Sciatic and IT band pain folks.
People with nagging Plantar Fasciitis
Anyone who lacks a range of motion in hips or rotator cuffs.
Gym Goers that get back pain from doing heavy compound movements
Runners with bad form and do not like to stretch.
People that spend most of the time sitting
Anyone that wants to know if they are doing the right exercises for their body.
But here is what I really want you to know:
Throughout my career, I have discovered many valuable tools that changed the lives of my clients. Being a licensed “hands-on” practitioner was a game-changer for me. Getting my clients and patients off the pain hamster wheel is my number one goal. Losing weight feels great, but being able to move freely with no pain is sublime.
